[Sliven] by Stoyan Antonov

The flag of Sliven was adopted by Sliven Municipality Council on 26 October 1995, after the design of Evgeni Valev, an artist. The ratio of stripes is 2:1:1:1:2, the height of coat of arms is 2/3 the height of the flag.
