Azure a Garb Or with three Panicles Sable.

The garb (sheaf) on the flag of Worben is made of reed (in German "Rohrgarbe", "Rohr" for reed) with three black panicles(?) (in German "Kolben"). There is a specific word in French for the ear of the reed: "panicule" that might be translated as 'panicle' in English.
