Crosier Or and a Comb Sable, and sinister per fess Azure a Cross Or and Argent a Mill Wheel Sable.Zeljko Heimer, 4 June 2000, wondering if this Saint Blaise is the same saint shown on the flags of Dubrovnik/Ragusa. Quite possibly, but there the attribute is the city itself instead of the comb.
