From Blue is the color of hope, youth, mentality and sky. Grain refers to agriculture. Golden line refers to the valley of Raudna river. Red refers to the ground, turf and industry. Three tips of spear refer to the old Estonian warriors Lembitu, Vootele and Manivalde.
