Description

From the Catalan Vexillological Association website (my translation):

Province: Barcelona
County (comarca): Osona
Adopted: 16.03.1991
Meaning: Blue stands for the field of the arms. Yellow for the mountains surrounding the town. White for the castle of the Centelles family and St Martin's hermitage. The lozenge shows the arms of the Centelles family.
Area: 25.70 km²
Population (1991): 642
Capital: l'Abella
The latter is usually the same as the name of the municipality, I ignore why it is different here.

Santiago Dotor, 8 October 2001

A blue flag with two centred, horizontal, adjacent stripes white-yellow. On its centre a large vertical lozenge, itself divided into four lozenges, the top and bottom ones yellow, the hoist and fly ones red. Colours and lozenge from the city arms, as it appears in the Catalan Vexillological Association website.
