Description

Bilbao is the capital of Biscay province. The flag of Bilbao (Basque Bilbo) is white with a red canton, and can be seen in the PDF online version of Heraldry of the Towns of Biscay available at the Biscay provincial government website. Ratio 2:3. Note the canton is not a quarter of the field but smaller.
