Description

A red flag with a yellow diagonal stripe from top hoist to bottom fly, over a white diagonal stripe from bottom hoist to top fly — thus a yellow-white bicolour saltire. Four white arrowheads with their bases on the flag's sides and their points towards the centre, just touching the diagonal stripes — actually a white Maltese cross whose arms have been set apart by the said bicolour saltire. Quite reminiscent of the city arms, as it appears in the city webpage.
