Inverted pairs

[Flag of Costa Rica] [Flag of Thailand]

The flags of Costa Rica and Thailand are exactly alike except that the red and blue are swapped. The two are so far apart that I assume it must be coincidence....

There are several examples of such pairs like e.g.

There is no deeper reason for this, I think. But if you decide to have a tricolor with the middle stripe being white or yellow, everything reduces to combinatorics ... (Not to mention the immense choice you have to create a red and white horizontal bicolor as it is so popular in central Europe.) In my huble opinion, more interesting are pairs which were chosen on purpose like Certainly, there are more of them.
