K�b�nya is a district (the 10th) of Budapest Capital in
Hungary The district has got 90.065 inhabitants (1990 census),
nearly all of Hungarians. Seven of the Official Ethnic Minorities
of Hungary has got ethnic council in the district: Gipsy, Greek,
Croatian, Polish, German, Armenian and Rumanian. Neighbouring
settlements are: Budapest XIV. - Zugl�, Budapest VIII. -
J�zsefv�ros, Budapest IX. - Ferencv�ros, Budapest XIX. -
Kispest, Budapest XVIII. Pestszentl�rinc-Pestszentimre, Budapest
XVII. and Budapest XVI. districts. Parts of the districts:
Fels�r�kos, Gy�rd�l�, K�b�nya, Kertv�ros, K�tt�,
Laposd�l�, Ligettelek, �hegy, T�glagy�rd�l� and �jhegy.
The territory became a part of the City of Pest in 1705, when
Pest became free royal city. The territory of K�b�nya
(Stone-pit) became the 10th district of Budapest in 1873.
The flag of K�b�nya is white on the middle there is the CoA.

What's odd - is that it seems that the name of the districs
apears above the CoA, but not on the flag. On the other hand, I
would swear I saw the flag in use with the name inscribed too.
