Here is the translation: "The flag of the community is divided lengthwise, and takes its colours from the CoA's principal colours, white (silver/argent), and scarlet.� In the centre of the flag, the CoA can be seen in its original colours."
[In the centre of the top band, the year 1999 is inscribed.� On the bottom band, the name "Nagyveleg" is inscribed.� It also seems to be fringed, although the definition of the picture isn't good enough for me to tell whether it is simply golden, or R-W-V.� My comments are based on the flag in the graphic, on the page mentionned above.]
