Overview
This is the flag of the 'Magyarok Vil�gsz�vets�ge' means
World Federation of Hungarians. The MVSZ is the largest Hungarian
NGO. It was found in 1938. The MVSZ has three parts: Hungary
Region, Carpathian Basin Region and Hungarians in the West
Region.

Kossuth Memorial Flag
Yesterday in Budapest, in the House of the Hungarians there
was the first presentation of the Kossuth Memorial Flag of the
World Federation of the Hungarians. The flag could be given to
the Hungarian communities, associations, settlement till 2003
september.
At first, 14 Hungarian inhabited settlements in Transylvania
(Sz�kely Land) will got this flag on 21th September in
Gyergy�csomafalva (Ciumani in Romanian; Harghita county).

Last weekend were the Kossuth Memorial Days in
Gyergy�csopmafalva (Ciumani, Romania). 12 settlements and 1
asociation have got their Kossuth Flag from the World Federation
of Hungarians.
Before this ceremony two flags have been given. The first one
have been given to Monok village
(Hungary), because this village is the birthplace of Kossuth. The
second one have been given to the Capitolium Washington DC (USA).
In 21th September the following settlements and a association
will get the flag:

Gyergy�csomafalva (Ciumani)
Gyergy��jfalu (Suseni)
Teker�patak (Valea Str�mba)
Gyergy�szentmikl�s town (Gheorgheni)

Ditr� (Ditr�u)
Gyergy�remete (..)
Borsz�k (Borsec)
Another settlements from the Sz�kely Region
Szentegyh�za town (Vl�hi�a)
Marosf� (Izvoru Mure�ului)

Association - Borsos Mikl�s Fopundation for the Art
In next weekend the following Hungarian communities in
Transcarpathia will get the flag:
Hungarian community of Munk�cs city (in Mukachevo city, UA)
Hungarian community of Ungv�r city (in Uzhhorod city, UA)
Nevetlenfalu village (Nevetlenfalu formerly Dyakovo village)
Hungarian community of T�cs� town (in Tyachev town)
