Łagów commune flag

[Lagow flag] by Jarig Bakker, 17 Nov 2002

LAGOW (pronounced "Wa'goof") Commune - Swiebodzin County - Lubuskie Voivodship (there is another Lagow Commune in Kalisz County, Swietokrzyskie Voivodship, which has a CoA, but no flag, yet)
Paragraph 3 of the Commune Statute says:
" 1. CoA of Lagow Commune was adopted in 1808.It is a silver (white) cross of the Knights of Malta on the red shield in Spanish style
<(It looks like the worldly Lagow has connections all over the old continent)>
2. The flag of Lagow Commune is white with the CoA in the center."
Zalacznik nr 2 (Addendum #2) in the middle of the page illustrates both the CoA and the flag in full color ( or two).
The law was passed by the Commune Council on August 28, 2000.
