A white logo-on-bedsheet type of flag, featuring the quite nice logo,
showing a traditional windmill and a rainbow above a stylish lettering
saying "regi�o de turismo do oeste". This flag is quite common locally.

Presentation of Oeste Tourism Region
This tourism region is the northern half of that protuding part of
the portuguese coastline ("oeste" meaning "west"), some 50-100 km
north of Lisbon, where these windmills are supposedly more aboundant.
