This one is, presumably, the flag of Estoril-Praia club, from Estoril, Cascais municipality, near Lisbon. Estoril-Praia is presently playing in portuguese �second division of honour�, and has been several times in first division. It never played in european competitions, though. The flag has five stripes of equal widths of yellow and blue. It is �presumably� the flag of Estoril-Praia because I saw it in the recent Portugal-Armenia under-21 match that took place in the stadium of the club, flying next to the national flags, the UEFA flag and the respective municipal flag, and because Estoril-Praia does use these colours. So, I'm not sure if it is really Estoril-Praia's flag, but I think there's a very good probability that it is.
