Description of the flag

The flag and coat of arms of Ljubno are prescribed by decision Odlok o grbu, zastavi in prazniku Obcine Ljubno, adopted on 23 November 1995, and published in the local official gazette Uradno glasilo Zgornjesavinjskih obcin, 6/95, 7 December 1995, with effect on 22 December 1995.

The symbols were designed by Valt Jurecic of Heraldika d.o.o. and Heraldica Slovenica, who kindly provided drawings from which the images shown on this page were made.

The flag is a rectangular in ratio 2:5, horizontally divided blue-yellow-blue with a square field of blue overall in the middle, therefore, dividing the yellow stripe in two parts, containing the eight-pointed yellow star from the coat of arms.
