Liptovsk� Michal is not to be confused with Liptovsk�
Mikula�; it is named after St. Michael, while Liptovsk� Mikulas is
named after St. Nicholas. The flag and CoA of Liptovsk� Michal are on a
long history page.
It is a holiday resort on the Liptovsk� Mara (lake), a few kilometers east
of Ru�omberok.
