There is only a description of the flag of Nem�ice village, Topolcany
district, on this
website::

modrej 2/6, �ltej 1/6, bielej 1/6 a zelenej 2/6. Z�stava m� pomer str�n
2:3 a ukoncen� je tromi c�pmi, t.j. dvomi z�strihmi, siahaj�cimi do tretiny
jej listu."
Roughly translated: hor. BYWR 2:1:1:2 - double swallowtail.
