Heraldry:
It was confirmed by oblast' council desicion at Jule, 27, 2001.
There is rectangular canvas with a ratio of the sides 2:3 from
three horizontal lines: white, yellow and wavy blue. The ratio of
lines is 2:1:1. In the centre are yellow bishop's head-dress and
two yellow bishop's staffs in cross. Contemporary side is mirror.

Heraldry:
It was confirmed by oblast' council desicion at Jule, 27, 2001.
In an azure field with an argent base are a or bishop's
head-dress and two or bishop's staffs in cross. In the base is
nature amphora. The shield is enframed by steel-blue cartouche
with five or ears crown. There are anchor and vert bunch of
grapes on it.
