"It was confirmed by village council at May, 25, 2000. The square blue panel, to middle of the bottom edge departs from the top edge a gules wedge, on which two yellow acorns with two white oak leaflets. The author is A.Grechylo.

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"It was confirmed by village council at May, 25, 2000. In an azure field are two or acorns with two argent oak leaflets. The author is A.Grechylo. The arms symbolizes one of versions about an origin of the name of a settlement from natural boundary Zholudne where picked up acorns.

The Village
