Deschambault

This municipality is in the county of Portneuf, adminstrative region of Québec.

The arms are shown on a 1:2 white field, with name over the arms (no flag is perfect ;-) ).

The lion is the one of the Deschambault family that ruled the former seigneury.

The garden lys represents Saint Joseph, their patron and it also represents Quebec.

The mount is Cap Lauzon, a beautiful place.

The wheat is for the agriculture.

The ship's wheel is for the sailors that the place produced.

The maple leaves represent the people of Deschambault.
