Skalná (Cheb district): The flag consists of three horizontal stripes, white, black and white. Flag ratio is 2:3. (Source: www of Skalna administration.). The flag was adopted 2 Jan 1936. Skalná (till 1950: Vildštejn) is in the extreme West of the Czech Republic, close to the German border.
