Česká Lípa city flag

[Ceská Lípa city flag] by Blas Delgado Ortiz, 15 May 2001

Česká Lípa: the new flag is horizontally white over blue, with two black crossed "ostrevs" centered in the white stripe. ("Ostrev" is a branch with few gnarled branches ... I don't know the proper heraldical English term ... see flags of Jitkov, Havlickuv Brod district, and Kokorin, Melnik district).
Jan Zrzavy, 14 May 2001

A "saltire raguly couped".
