Number of inhabitants by 31.12. 2000: 648. The first written trace of this village dated back to 21 May 1464. Though, the village was founded probably in 1377 - 1400. According to some sources, the first trace of this village dated 1343. Throughout centuries a number of feudal lords owned this village. Freemen of Děhylov were most important for the village (1400-1598).
