Proskovice is a southwestern suburb of Ostrava, eastern Czechia.
Description:
Azure Saint Florian as a Roman soldier armed or (coat red on this picture). Burning house, bucket and water (also spear) natural, the banner argent.
Reverse: two stripes, yellow and blue.
Flag adopted 24 Aug 1993.
