This flag has a Liechtenstein smell:
* yellow on red is the Prince's standard.
* blue and red are the national colours.
* the cap recalls the Prince's cap.
I seem to remember that the family of Liechtenstein had possessions
in what is now Czech Republic. Could Ohrozim be among these territories?

The flag of Ptení municipality in Prostejov district, Olomouc region
in Czechia is a seven-bar RWNYNWR with in the center a blue lozenge with
three yellow 6-pointed stars, which according to Petr Exner's VexLex2001
was adopted 5 Apr 2001.
