Úpice town in district Trutnov has according to this
website this flag. The outer stripes are reddish brown. But in the
middle stripe near the hoist is a yellow coronet of three visible pikes.
The image of municipal CoA explain the use of so uncommon colour (id est
brown) in the flag.
