Postal Ensign

Pabellón para Correos Marítimos

The ensign for courier vessels is a national flag with the coat-of-arms replaced by blue letters 'CM' (for Correo Marítimo or naval courier). The letters are centred on the yellow stripe but quite apart from each other, as if for instance a third letter was missing in between.

Santiago Dotor, 15 December 2000

Similar to the 1945-1977 postal ensign but with more separate letters.
