Municipal flag

Harderwijk is an old Zuiderzeetown; townrights in 1231; member of the Hansa league (1285); 1647-1811 Provincial Academy - now famous for its Dolfinarium.

The flag of Harderwijk was Blue over Yellow; can't say anything about the new one.
