Official blazon in Swedish: "Delad sköld, i �vre fältet Västerbottens vapen, undre fältet kluvet, med Lapplands vapen till höger och Ångermanlands vapen till vänster."(West Bothnia: "I med 6-uddiga stj�rnor av guld bestr�tt bl�tt f�lt en springande ren av silver med r�d bev�ring", Lappland: "I f�lt av silver en st�ende r�d vildman med gr�n bj�rkl�vskrans p� huvudet och kring l�nderna, h�llande i h�ger hand en p� axeln vilande klubba av guld", �ngermanland: "I bl�tt f�lt tre bj�lkvis st�llda laxar av silver �ver varandra, den mellersta v�nsterv�nd, samtliga med r�d bev�ring, d�rest dylik skall komma till anv�ndning.")
