President of the Republic

Square tricolour of blue over white over red with the national coat of arms in the middle (which height is 1/2 of the tricolour, according to the image). Flag is bordered with a white border of 1/8 of flag width, consisting of red and blue triangles with base of 1/12 of the flag width along the edge and height of 1/8. In the corners there are blue trapezoids.

Chairman of the Federal Government (Prime Minister)

Member of the Supreme Defense Council

Minister of Defense

Same as above, but with the Yugoslavian Army coat of arms in the middle. Proportion 1:1.
In the emblem, the wreath to fly is oak leaves and the wreath to hoist is laurel.

The flag of the Federal Minister of Defense (Zastava saveznog ministra za odbranu) was adopted on 19 January 1995.
