Kopivnice (Ostrava region, some 30 km south-west from Ostrava): horizontal
white-red, in left top corner is red shield with white leaf of nettle (nettle=kopiva
in Czech). Flag is similar as flag of Reuss
1919 (in Germany-Saxonia), only with other shield. This shield is on coat-of-arms
of Kopivnice too (www.koprivnice.cz)
(only part of COA!). Flag adopted 15 Jul 1993.

The main element is the "President" car, the first one built on Austrian
territory - escutcheon with nettle-leaf (realistic, non-heraldic) - a canting
element: kopiva (German: Nessel) means "nettle".
