One of the highlights of the Natural History
Museum is a stuffed replica of that 'abnormal member of
a group of pigeons', the dodo, which has been extinct since
the late 17th century. The museum also houses stuffed representations
of several other extinct birds, as well as other specimens
of animals and fish.
