Gambling Facilities in Macau

All of the nine casinos in Macau are operated under Government franchise by the Sociedade de Turismo e Diversoes de Macau (STDM) and the rules are standard in all gaming halls. The largest casino is the Lisboa Tourist Complex. There is also the Macau Palace in the Inner Harbour, the Casino Jai-Alai, the Kam Pek at Avenida Almeida Ribeiro, The Hyatt Regency Macau, New Century, The Holiday Inn, Kingsway and Mandarin Oriental, all of which probably offer the widest range of casino games in the world.
Visitors to the casinos should read the sign at each entrance. Although there are no entrance fee to the casinos, administration can refuse entry to foreigners under 18 years of age and 21 years for local residents. There is no dress code. Players are also not obliged to tip any employees of the casinos.
