The museum is situated opposite the historic A-Ma Temple.
It focuses on the life and work of fishing communities in
South China, the great voyages of discovery and on the Portuguese
and Chinese maritime links. There is also an aqaurium for
the display of marine creatures, as well as real vessels
moored alongside the museum.
Opening hours : 10.00am - 5.30pm daily (except Tuesday).
Admission fees : Adults - 8 patacas; 11 to 17 years old
- 4 patacas; Children under 10 years - free.
