Lemang Pulut
Malaysia's traditional treats, the pulut is eaten during the
festive holidays. Consist of rice, and coconut filling which
is wrapped in a banana leaf and then steamed in a bamboo stick.
When it is done the rice hardens and is in a form of the
bamboo stick. Best eaten with rendang, which is a traditional
way of cooking meat, either chicken or mutton, in a big pan
with coconut and other ingrediants.
