This traditional recipe uses raw cashews, coconut milk,
onion, green chilies, garlic, cinnamon stick, goraka,
and also rampe (a traditional ingrediant). All ingrediants
are mixed togather into a paste then cooked on slow
heat. This dish is preferebly eaten for dinner as it
is rich and filling.
Tofu(Soy-Bean Curd) with Spinach
This recipe is a great substitute for meat dishes. Among
the ingrediants are Spinach, soy sauce, and Tofu or
bean curd. Serves hot, with rice.
