With 400 acres and nearly five miles of roads, this is
one of the largest zoos in Latin America. It features white
rhinos, rock-climbing iguanas, jutνas, West Indian rodents,
the cigua palmera, Dulus Dominicus, exclusive to the Antillean
region, the guaragua, humming birds (zumbador), barrancoν,
the cigua palmera, the flautero, the parrot of the Amazona
(ventrali gender), the manatee and humped-back whales.
