This is also part of the festive season's cookie. The ingrediants used for this cookie, includes fresh finely grated carrot, sugar flavoured with vanilla. The cokie is then baked until light golden and coated in a sugar flavored with vanilla, while still hot. The cookie is then stored in a box in a cool place, for at least one week before eating.
