The Park was inaugurated in 1996.Its two major sections
follow the Danuba from Bogyiszlo to the southern border
and the Drava from the Ortilos to Matty. This relatively
intact world of wetlands, banks, marshes, forest and reedbeds
holds 121 protected plant species, 48 fish throng, 24 dragonfly
species and 465 butterfly species. This park also reserves
the world famous "Red Deer". This site is most likely to
interest nature lovers.
