Getting There and Moving Around
By rail
The nearest railway station is located adjacent to the
Airport (Dyce). Running on the Inverness-Aberdeen line there
are also direct train services from both Glasgow and Edinburgh.
There are good rail, road and air links with other British
cities - the flying time from London is just over an hour.
Moving Around
Getting about is easy in Aberdeen. It has excellent bus
services giving access to all parts of the city and suburbs.
Distances are short, and a pleasant walk or a brief cycle
run are reliable alternatives.
