Blackheath Hockey Club
Generally regarded as the oldest hockey club in the
world, the Club was founded in 1840. The ground is based
in Rubens Street, Catford, London.That's in the borough
of Lewisham, about 7 miles from central London and close
to bus and train links.

City Spa
Although City Spa is in inner London, when you're inside
you forget this. It is laid out like Rio's, though smaller
- it goes way back with a garden.You can travel by tube
to Stratford or by mainline train from Liverpool St
to Stratford or Maryland stations. Maryland is opposite
the Spa. From Stratford the Spa is about a 15-minute
walk.The facilities include a sauna, steam room, large
spa bath, hot and cold showers, a lounge, rest rooms,
aromatherapy, a garden and small gym. There's no memebership
needed.
