One of the highest points of the island sits at the northern
tip of Tobago. Surrounded by ocean on three sides and with
a view of other hills, Charlotteville, and St. Giles Island,
this was the site of an American military lookout and radio
tower during World War II. It's an ideal spot for a sunset
picnic.
