Around Rockley Bay on the island's leeward hilly side,
this town is near the airport and is a popular cruise-ship
port, but it conveys the feeling that not much has changed
here since the area was settled two centuries ago.
It may not be one of the pastel-color, delightful cities
of the Caribbean, but Scarborough does have its charms,
including an array of interesting little shops. Note the
red-and-yellow Methodist church on the hill, one of Tobago's
oldest churches.
