Administration
The Netherlands is a constitutional monarchy with a parliamentary
system of government. It is governed under an 1814 constitution,
as amended.
The Netherlands is made up of 12 provinces–Drenthe, Flevoland,
Friesland, Gelderland, Groningen, Limburg, Noord–Brabant, Noord–Holland,
Overijssel, Zuid–Holland, Utrecht, and Zeeland.
