The Museum exhibits collections of military weapons and
uniforms from different countries and periods, with special
emphasis on the Spanish material from the seventeenth to
nineteenth centuries. One very interesting section comes
from the collections of Frederic Marhs, with important examples
of swords, harquebuses, armour, shields, helmets, etc. The
rooms devoted to military models are worth a special mention,
with a collection from the twenties made up of twenty-three
thousand pieces.
