Starting on the townside of the island, a 45 minute intense rock climbing brings you to the edge of the very popular "Needle" mountain, where you can experience 360 degree panoramic views of the entire island.

The next three hours entails winding down paths onwards to the Southern side of the island where you will have the opportunity to swim in the freshwater waterfall commonly known as "Wigmore's Waterfall".

The Rarotonga Sailing Club
The Rarotonga Sailing Club on beautiful Muri Lagoon is home to the island's yacht fanatics. The Sailing Club is welcome to all sailing enthusiasts and it has an array of vessels for your pleasure. Host to a fully licensed restaurant and bar, spend the day and feel at home with the natural hospitality of the Cook Islands people.
