Steam Roast Chicken
A healthy as well as heavy meal, of the country. Best eaten
for lunch or dinner, as it is heavy meal. The chicken hads
to be marinated first, to get the right flaour. Best eaten
with Roti Nan. A traditional bread of the country.
The dish includes a variety of vegetables, which is boiled
to cook. Add onions, lemon slices, potatoes, tomatoes, chilles
mint and coriander leaves, before serving. Eaten with poori,
which is a deep-fried, puffy bread.
