Shakarparian Park, on a low hill between Islamabad and
Rawalpindi, offer the most photogenic view of Islamabad
and the Margalla Hills behind.
East Viewpoint overlooks Islamabad and has a charming sunken
garden laid out as a city plan and bounded by trimmed hedges
representing the Margalla Hills.
West Viewpoint overlooks Rawalpindi. Paved paths wind through
the gardens and past fountains and young trees planted by
visiting statesment.
