The Arch of Triumph, or El Arco de Triumfo, is a 30 meters
high structure that was built in the year 1888 as the entrance
to the World Fair. It stands at the end of the Passeig de
Sant Joan, and is a structure of MudEjar inspiration.
It was designed and built by Josep Vilaseca. At the top
of the arch is an impressive frieze by Josep Limona. v
