Bur Juman Center
Three shopping levels of boutiques and shops offering a handsome choice of designer products greet you at this mall. From gold, diamond and precious stones to watches, consumer electronic goods, cameras, designer wear, clothes and accessories, perfumes, shoes, leather goods and luggage, sports goods, sun glasses, gift items, audio and video cassettes and domestic products, you will find just about anything you want under one roof. Even better is the elegant Food Court on the top level, where you can rest your tired feet after hours of shopping. Go for the fast food routine or a fancy meal, or just stop for coffee or icecream.

Close to the Trade Center Road and Bank Street.
Open from: Weekdays- 10 am - 10pm, and from 1pm to 10 pm on Fridays.


Lamcy Plaza
Your kids would love this mall. Costumed entertainers are everywhere to amuse them, from electronic clowns showing off their antics to Spiderman demonstrating his climbing skills. It's the perfect place to take your kids for an entertaining and fun-filled evening.

For the shoppers, there are designer clothes, women's wear, jewellery, gifts, books, music and a lot more to keep you happy. The Food Court on the ground level serves delicacies from 17 countries around the world. Movie buffs can check out the Lamcy theatre beside it.

Wafi Shopping Mall
Catering to a more upmarket clientele, this extended mall has a comprehensive range of Europeans brand names at its boutiques and shops. The immense entertainment arcades will keep everyone enthralled. If you are in Dubai during Christmas, Wafi is one place you shouldn't miss for its festive atmosphere and celebratory mood.

Off Oud Metha Road, near Dubai Electricity and Water Authority building.

Al Ghurair Center
One of the oldest malls in Dubai, this large complex has over 250 shops on two levels. For those keen on fun and games, there is a large entertainment arcade on the first floor. Food outlets are spread throughout the mall and the choice available covers fast food, coffee shops and several restaurants.

Al Riqqa Street
Open from: 10 am to midnight, Friday mornings are closed to the public.


Deira City Center
This mall's main attraction is the Continent, the mall's hypermarket and IKEA, the Swedish furniture store. The mall also houses leading names in fashion. Spread over two shopping floors, there is also a vast entertainment complex that offers the latest video games, mini golf, and even a train ride. And if this isn't enough to keep you enthralled, savour the variety of international cuisine at the lively food court.

Hamarain Center
Home to leading brand names in fashion, perfumes, cosmetics, jewellery, eye wear, sports goods and casual wear, the mall has an exclusive ambience. It also has a food court that offers a wide range of delectable Arabic, Chinese, Indian, Lebanese and Thai cuisine.

Al Mulla Plaza
At the Al Mulla Plaza, there's always a fair that lets you buy clothes and other goodies at amazing discounts. This is where you are likely to discover those interesting odds and ends that you simply cannot find at malls that offer only exclusive leading brand names.

Al Bustan Center
A favourite among both locals and foreigners, Al Bustan Center has several boutiques and shops that sell leading brands. There is, however, one place at the Al Bustan that is never empty and where you'll probably have to queue up. Fantasy Kingdom pampers your child like nobody else does and no parent would pass up an opportunity to this treat.
